Ted is a public accounting executive with outstanding successes in both providing and administering accounting, tax, and consulting services for numerous clients. Prior to starting his own firm, Ted led a national practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Chief Accountant. Ted has been quoted in various publications and spoken at dozens of conferences. Ted is also actively involved as a board member for a local university’s accounting and finance department.

Bob is a co-founder of Uehlinger, Tablack CPAs. He began his career in internal audit at Aaron Rents and Walmart Stores Inc. where he was Internal Audit US associate of the year in 2010. From, there Bob spent over 7 years at Deloitte and PwC in the external and internal audit groups respectively. Bob currently serves on the board of the Lakewood Childcare Center and the fundraising committee at Seeds of Literacy Cleveland.

Bob and his wife Aileen live in Rocky River Ohio and are parents to three children. In his spare time, Bob enjoys bike rides with his family, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and smoking/grilling meats.

William Keefer is a lifelong resident of Mansfield, Ohio. He graduated from Malabar High School in 1976 and from The Ohio State University in March 1982 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration carrying a dual major in accounting and finance. He worked in public accounting since 1982 and started his own business with his wife Beth in 1986. After Beth's passing in August 2017, William sold his practice to Ted & Bob. He is now semi-retired and working for Uehlinger, Tablacks, CPAs. William specializes in working with Dental & Dental Specialty Practices, Medical and Medical Specialty Practices, Manufacturing (including IC-DISC), and Golf Courses.

Bill takes great pleasure in building genuine long-term relationships with his clients and continually strives to create value and results. Bill has two children Kristin and Scott. Being semi-retired gives him more opportunity to enjoy his two grandchildren Jocelyn and Reese. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and the First United Methodist Church.

Alex has her Associates of Science from Cuyahoga Community College. She expects to graduate in 2024 with her Bachelors in Accounting with a minor in Business Analytics from Baldwin Wallace University.

Her hobbies include puzzles, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Angel Borbajo graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 2022 and Master of Science in Accounting in 2023.

Laura also has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University specializing in finance. Laura has experience with a variety of organizations. Laura is currently preparing for the enrolled agent exam.

Scott Keefer was born in Mansfield, Ohio. He graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 2008 and from The University of Akron University in March 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration carrying a dual major in accounting and finance. He has worked in public accounting since 2012 and started his own business in the summer of 2016 (GRAD Loan APP).

Rosa graduated from Malone University with Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration majoring in accounting. Rosa is certified in QuickBooks, and has experience with Professional Organizations (Legal, Dental, & Optometry offices) Rental Properties, Not for Profit, Logistics (trucking companies), Landscaping, Funeral Homes, Construction, Education, & Golf Courses.
